How to Use?
Sandhi Sudha Plus is only for external use. You need to take either 1 or 2 teaspoons (approximately 5 ml) of oil then dip your fingertips into the oil, start massaging the affected area lightly with your fingertips. Pay attention so that the pressure should not apply too much and the area where you are applying must be clean and with no cuts. Use the movement in a circular motion and massage nearly 3 to 5 minutes.
You can repeat the action 3 to 4 times in a day for 15 days. For more effective result you can use hot fomentation after completing the massaging in affected areas.
